BASIC VOLUNTEER CODE OF CONDUCT (RGD-009)

• Serve survivors with dignity, patience, humility, and respect.

• No harassment, threats, discrimination, intimidation, exploitation, or inappropriate conduct.

• No political campaigning, fundraising for personal causes, or pressure tactics while serving.

• No unauthorized photography of survivors, minors, private property, injuries, or sensitive conditions.

• No weapons, alcohol, illegal substances, or impairment during service or deployment.

• Follow chain of command, safety briefings, work assignments, and stop-work instructions.

• Maintain confidentiality of survivor information, donor information, and operational details.

• Report injuries, incidents, near misses, hazards, misconduct, and safeguarding concerns immediately.

• Leave sites better than found. Protect property. Do not enter structures or restricted areas without authorization.

• Represent Renewed Ground's faith-driven mission with maturity, clarity, and restraint.
